HORIZONTAL TIE BALER-

this continuous baler machine is built with a purpose of giving high production rate in less time with less labour,this auto tie baler machine done work is equal to 4-6 labour,its a very simple and re defined concept of pressing paper,carton,cardboard.

paper baler machine is made for high production,who are capable of collecting scrap upto 30-100 tons per daily,this continuous baler machine is attached with new spares like conveyor who take the scrap from ground level to the top of the machine,then there is square in top of the machine chamber where this conveyor drop the scrap which is collected from the bottom of ground.

in single cycle conveyor deposited the scrap from 100 kgs to 300 kgs in the paper baler machine chamber.after feeding the full chamber conveyor will stop and auto tie baler main cylinder will press the scrap till its last cycle.then same process will repeat one by one after six stroke automatic tying start.after some cycle machine will eject the bale which is approx 600-1000kgs according to the model of machine.

hence for installation of this baler machine you required big area,where ground level is plane and cemented or any type of plane surface

for lifting of bale owner required one lifter movable machine which is capable of lifting weight upto 1.5 ton in one time
